    Thank you Derek for this post about the added benefits of using black pepper on food. I actually have increased my usage of black pepper lately as an alternative to using too much salt.

    Good to know about black pepper. Lately I’ve been using it as a substitute for salt for added flavor along with garlic. However it’s good to know it has good health benefits too for eating it.
