    In one of your recent articles, you mentioned that you take as many as 20 different supplements on a daily basis. How do you know which one actually keeps you from getting sick? Which begs the question, if one is not entirely certain, then taking all of them, (or more) is really the best solution. Of course, that requires laying out upwards of $2000.00 to get your ‘best” pricing structure, and that is just for a 6 month program. Maybe its just me, but that represents an extreme disconnect with reality.

      I agree. I am a widow living on a very limited budget, so I figure only the upper middle class can afford to stay healthy which is a shame. I do take several supplements, and I also have not been sick in years.

        and make your choices to strengthen the immune system without any supplements. People had strong immune system in the past as well, 100 years ago, 200 years ago, and they did not have supplements :-)
