Recipe: Refreshing Cucumber Lime Cooler


Cucumber Lime Cooler Stay cool as a with this hydrating, not-too-sweet drink. It really hits the spot when it’s hot! Cucumbers have a very high content and are cooling to the system. They’re also a good source of vitamin C and the mineral molybdenum. They also help the body flush out .

You can replace the cucumber with any kind of melon.


½ c. fresh juice, chilled (2 limes)
3 T. honey or stevia to taste
1 large cucumber, chilled, seeds removed, coarsely chopped
10 ice cubes
Mint or lime slices for garnish


  • In a food process, mix first 3 ingredients.
  • Add ice cubes and process until smooth.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, garnish and serve immediately.
