Good tips but #4 is unfounded.  If you eat the same amount of calories on two separate days, with one day consisting of two meals and the other of 5, your body will burn the same amount of calories.  Eating frequently doesn’t do anything in that respect.  Intermittent fasting has worked well for me and it is something I would recommend people trying to see if they work well with that.  Check out

    Over the last 12 months I’ve lost 70 pounds. I used to only eat a meal at dinner time. I started eating breakfast and lunch with a couple healthy snacks and lost the first 28 pounds. Eating a reasonable dinner helped me lost the other 42 pounds.

    As humans we need very little protein (and no animal protein) in our diets. American’s high protein diets are why we have the highest cancer rates of any country in the world. Not only does animal protein become carcinogenic, as it breaks down in our bodies but that process makes the body leach calcium which is why, even though we drink more milk than any other society we still have the highest rates of osteoporosis.  Animal protein is extremely hard for humans to digest. It routinely gets through our stomachs intact and than is left to rot in our intestines until we pass it. If you dont have a diet high in useable fiber this leads to colon and prostrate cancer. Woman who live in Thailand, for example eat very little if hardly any protein and do not get breast cancer. If you think that you need protein in your diet to be strong tell that to a bull elephant. The strongest, fiercest animal on this planet who doesnt eat any animal protein.

    I’d be vary of tip #4, that is to eat many small meals throughout the day.
